Senior Land Manager

Are you keen to work for a market leading house builder who have a strong appetite to buy land. You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to just get on, source sites and bring them to the table for approval.

I'm working with a leading developer who having a strong appetite for new land. They looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is pro-active in getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great land acquisition opportunities.

With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. There is a definite plan and room for progression in this role over the next 12 months, with my client keen for someone to develop within the business.

• Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
• Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
• Putting land packs together and presenting to senior Directors.
• Driving deals through the acquisition and on-boarding process.
• Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
• Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.

On offer is a salary of circa £80k - £95k plus package.
