We’re Hiring a Part-Time Personal Trainer!

Based in Billericay | Small Group Personal Training |

2 - 6 hrs per week | Based on Experience

Element Strength Collective is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first coach to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coaching small group personal training (8-12 people per session)

Creating an awesome, inclusive training experience

Supporting, educating & challenging members to get stronger – physically & mentally

Being part of a close-knit team with a real passion for what we do

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 PT qualified or Cross Fit L2

Confident, friendly & great with people

Strong communicator & team player

Passionate about strength, fitness, and helping others

Flexible availability (evenings/weekends ideal)

Experience coaching groups and functional strength training
