Early Years Educator – Busy Bees

As an Early Years Educator, you will lead the intellectual, social and emotional development of children, plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and act as Key Person of Contact for families. You will work at our Ofsted‑rated Outstanding Wynyard nursery, located at 2 Wynyard Avenue, Wynyard Business Park, Billingham, TS22 5TB
.

• Prepare a safe, stimulating environment and arrange materials to support learning.
• Plan and deliver educational activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Oversee children’s development, care needs and build strong family connections.

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational and child‑development planning skills.
