As a Classroom Care Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support to students within our EYFS and Primary SEND Schools. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, administer medications, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with teachers, implement behaviour management strategies, and contribute to maintaining accurate records. Your empathy, effective communication, and adaptability will be key assets in fostering student well‑being and academic progress.

• Relevant experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
• Resilience and ability to meet demands of a special school setting.
• Understanding of the needs of students with learning difficulties.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Driving licence or willingness to use public transport.
