Care Assistant for a lady P/T @ £12.71/hr in Billingham - PTE - Billingham - TS23

A caring and reliable Personal Assistant is required to support a lady living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). This rewarding role involves providing practical support to help maintain independence and wellbeing within the home and local community.

The successful candidate will understand that FND can affect individuals differently from day to day and will be patient, adaptable, and supportive during both good days and more challenging days when symptoms may be more pronounced.

• Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and organising
• Supporting with meal preparation and batch cooking
• Assisting with daily routines and moving safely around the home when required
• Shopping and running errands
• Providing practical support to promote and maintain independence
• Helping to manage day-to-day household tasks and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Respectful of family life and household dynamics
• Able to work independently and use their own initiative
• Practical and organised, with experience of running a household

9 hours per week, to be worked flexibly by mutual agreement.
