Sat 05:00 – 13:00. Availability windows indicate the times we schedule your contracted hours. We provide three weeks’ notice of exact shifts and support flexibility if your availability closely matches.
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
The policy offers new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with reduced hours available to a minimum of 12 if desired.

- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and always following our policies.
- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.

Please note you must be over 18 to apply for this role. Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age. For roles requiring working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involving certain areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles, we can only accept candidates over the age of 18.
