Colleague Superstore

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week to new colleagues. If you would like to work fewer hours—down to a minimum of 12—we also welcome applications.

Days:
Sun – 05:00–13:00, Fri – 05:00–13:00, Sat – 05:00–13:00. We schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide at least three weeks’ notice of your shifts.

As a Tesco colleague you will serve shoppers daily, work with a diverse team, and enjoy flexibility or stability as you need. The role is committed, challenge‑filled, and engaging.

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.

You must be over 18 to apply. If the role involves working before 06:15 am or after 09:45 pm, or requires work in the warehouse, drinks area, counters, bakery, or driving, you must also be over 18.
