Customer Care​/Telesales Executive

• Make customer care calls to promote the company's products and services across sales, aftersales, and hire departments, while identifying new business opportunities
• Carry out inbound and outbound telesales and telemarketing activities to maximise sales and profitability
• Support a variety of customer contact campaigns as required
• Accurately update and maintain customer records within the CRM system
• Use aftersales systems to support service booking activities
• Record and pass customer enquiries, leads, and relevant information to the appropriate departments for follow-up
• Work closely with sales, aftersales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and support business growth
• Maintain accurate customer databases through regular updates and data cleansing
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity to maximise sales opportunities

We are recruiting for highly driven and enthusiastic Customer Care/Telesales Executives to join the team at our state-of-the-art Team Valley site.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives on achieving targets, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a high-volume call environment would be advantageous, however full training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, resilience, and drive to succeed.
