New Homes Sales Executive Wynyard
Our new homes sales team are expanding and we are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Executive for our Wynyard Pines development in Teesside to join Banks Homes. This position is for an immediate start with our show home and customer experience centre due to open before the end of the year!!
You will provide customer-centric sales advice and support whilst working towards sales targets in accordance with company sales forecasts and administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers and estate agents.
Our homes are designed to suit the needs of home buyers across all walks of life including, first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsize rs and investors. Each touchpoint in the customer’s home buying journey is so important and therefore, you will be committed to delivering a 5
* customer experience, every time.
