Beyond the Numbers CPAs is looking for an amazing CPA or Accountant, with at least three years’ experience to join our fast-growing firm! Beyond the Numbers is a flexible, family oriented firm who believes our staff should be able to have a career and a life.
Our firm focuses on individual, partnership and corporate tax returns, business financial statement preparation and consulting. Having Quick Books Online experience would be a definite advantage. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent communication stills, stellar research skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail are imperative. Good knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices gained through education or practical experience are a must.

Responsibilities Include:- Respond to client and firm requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner
- Communicate with clients and staff regarding open items, other important matters in a timely manner
- Prepare and or review financial statements and footnotes, management reports, and other engagement output
- Perform Reconciliations and Adjusting Journal Entries
- Prepare tax-related information to include tax provisions, depreciation schedules, etc.
- Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and/or staff members
- Participate in various firm and client projects as they arise or additional projects that present themselves
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience with Quickbooks Online/Desktop
- Must have the ability to manage multiple clients, adhere to tight deadlines, and solve problems independently
- Requires 3 years of job related experience
- Public accounting firm experience is required
