Due to internal movements & growth, we are seeking expressions of interest in both Accounts Payable (AP) Officers and Accounts Receivable (AR) Officers to join our Finance team.

The roles are generally full time in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast – Residential Aged Care Providers Australia | Infinite Age Care ()

Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care facilities (soon to be more) across Australia and our AP & AR team play an integral part within our organisation. Now is such an exciting time to join Infin8

Accounts Payable Officer

Plays a key role in ensuring that all suppliers are paid in accordance with contracts. Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payments & invoices.
  • Creating payment runs on time.
  • Review payment runs.
  • Respond to supplier queries.
  • Process & pay staff reimbursement.
  • Provide ad hoc reports & information as required.
Accounts Receivable Officer

Reports to our Finance Manager – Compliance & Transactional Processing, they ensure that residents’ accounts are maintained and that payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering customer accounts including collections.
  • Answering customer billing queries.
  • Making outbound calls to residents and their families.
  • Processing of payments.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Preparation of month end and ad hoc reports.
