Nonprofit Accounting & Finance Specialist

Job Connection, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Finance Professional to support the organization's financial operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring sound accounting practices.

The Accounting & Finance Professional is responsible for all aspects of the organization's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting support, audit preparation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies.

Salary: TBD based on experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
CPA certification is not required

Experience working in a nonprofit organization preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and accounting software preferred
