The Springs at Grand Park is hiring a Receptionist / Sales Assistant
, a hybrid role that combines front desk responsibilities with dedicated time supporting our sales and community relations efforts. This is a full‑time position
, with four days per week at the front desk and one dedicated day focused on sales support activities
.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a community while also contributing behind the scenes to marketing and sales efforts.
ResponsibilitiesReceptionist
- Greet residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors with a professional and welcoming presence
- Answer and route phone calls and provide general community information
- Support administrative needs and assist various departments as appropriate
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Represent the community positively to prospective residents and referral sources
- Assist the Executive Director with inquiries, tours, and events
- Schedule tours, prepare and distribute brochures, and follow up with prospective leads
- Enter and maintain lead information in the database
- Assist with marketing and community events, including set‑up, hosting, and take‑down
- Help manage marketing materials, welcome gifts, and branded items
- Ensure marketing and model areas remain clean, organized, and presentation‑ready
- Assist with newsletters, mailings, and outreach efforts
- Attend community or business events as needed
- 2+ years of experience in reception, office administration, customer service, hospitality, or sales support (or relevant education/training)
- Friendly, professional communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with residents, visitors, and prospective residents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using basic office technology, including email, databases/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed
- Able to follow written, verbal, and electronic instructions accurately
- Problem‑solver who can handle routine challenges with professionalism and good judgment
- Willingness to support sales and community relations activities one day per week, including tours, events, and follow‑up
