Top ENR GC seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Electrical Superintendent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, challenging, and diverse environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our construction projects.

Job Details:

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

• Overseeing and directing the electrical team, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Coordinating and scheduling the activities of the electrical team, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ensuring that all electrical systems are installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with the project specifications.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Identifying potential issues or delays and implementing solutions to mitigate any impact on the project timeline.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in Ground Up, Healthcare Construction, and Commercial Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, project managers, and other construction professionals.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical systems or construction management would be highly advantageous.
