Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Position Overview

This is a leadership role where you will oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, quality control, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders while guiding on-site teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects at the same time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Monitor and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications, and resolve potential issues before work begins
  • Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, and operations teams to keep projects running efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and analyze project costs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Pro Core, and Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills
  • LEED AP certification or LEED training is preferred
