• Manage all phases of the construction process from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and communicate updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports detailing project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of project costs and profits.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare construction industry.
• Proven experience managing large scale, ground-up construction projects from preconstruction to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, costs, quality control, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and other industry-related technology.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel as necessary to manage projects.
