Traveling Construction Superintendent - Mulitfamily Construction

About the Position Dev Co  US Construction is hiring for a Full-Time Traveling Construction Site Superintendent who is experienced in multifamily construction. The Site Superintendent is expected to be the construction “lead” and is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, meeting quality standards and are done safely. The Traveling Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations of the construction site.

Our projects span the U.S., offering opportunities to learn, lead, and advance. This travel-based role requires flexibility and relocation. Superintendents typically work on projects for about two years before moving to new assignments. While we aim to keep projects regional, business needs may require relocation anywhere in the country.

The first project this Traveling Construction Site Superintendent is being hired for is a 152-unit garden-style build (three residential buildings and one clubhouse) in Billings, MT. Internally, this project is referred to as North Park. The project is currently scheduled to start in early December 2026 and be completed in October 2028 (22 month project). The superintendent must have experience as a "lead" on mid-to-large multifamily development new construction projects.

Pay Details: $120,000 to $140,000 in Annual Salary + Performance bonus target of 15% + Monthly per diem of $3,000 ($36,000 annually)

Schedule:

Work schedule as agreed upon with the hiring manager. Required in-person presence at the job site. This hire will be the Lead Superintendent at our North Park (Billings, MT) construction site from December 2026 to October 2028.Benefits Offered
