Responsibilities
D2B Groups is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's team. As annoyance, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their equipment. Your key responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, advising on service options, preparing detailed service estimates, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and technicians. You will also be responsible for managing customer records, following up on services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for customer service 顶 along with experience in the service or equipment service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role
- Strong understanding of parts and equipment service procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
