We see patients on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45AM-5:00PM. This particular job position will require you to come in on other weekdays to process payments, insurance, scheduling, supplies, etc.

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist for part time (20-30 hours per week), on-site role located in Billings, MT. the office sees patients two or three days a week depending on patient demand. The Dental Receptionist will handle day-to-day front office operations, including:

• dealing with insurance (payments, verification, explanation of benefits)
• handling patient payments.
• coordinating insurances and patient out of pocket estimates

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure a professional and pleasant experience for all patients and visitors.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Strong understanding and knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• efficiency with typing and navigating a Windows 11 OS computer
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
• Proficiency in Open Dental software and technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are advantageous
