Jobot Consulting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Cardiothoracic Surgery background to provide ongoing coverage at a Level I Trauma Center in Montana. This is a locum tenens position with flexible 12‑hour shifts, day or night, and immediate start dates.

• ICU rounding – Pre- and post‑operative care for cardiac and thoracic surgery patients.
• Ventilator management – Oversee patients as they transition off mechanical ventilation.
• Surgical patient care – Manage open‑heart, VATS, and lung cases as they recover post‑operatively.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and specialized nursing staff.
• Provide critical perioperative and postoperative care in a high‑acuity environment.
• Support 10 patients per day, with multiple shift openings available.

12‑hour shifts, 7‑on/7‑off (7 AM – 7 PM & 7 PM – 7 AM) with flexible day or night options.

• Active MT license or IMLC eligibility.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience in cardiothoracic surgery and ICU care.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
