• Assist in the setup and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools.
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in drilling operations.
• Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and handling materials.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the rig floor and other operational areas.
• Support rig crew members in daily operational activities as directed by supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all health and safety regulations on the rig.
• Conduct inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety training sessions regularly.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in challenging weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Understanding of safety practices and willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Previous experience in manual labor, construction, or a similar physically demanding role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior exposure to oil rig operations is a bonus.

• Rotational schedule: typically two weeks on, two weeks off.
• Expect long hours, including night shifts and weekends, depending on operational needs.

• Knowledge of oil rig equipment and operational processes is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High level of physical fitness and endurance.
