• Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships
• Accurately processing member transactions and account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency
• Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana’s products and services
• Promoting Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

• We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
