The Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicine. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet and focus on our donors while ensuring safety for donors and the team.
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders, and reach below knees for the entire shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs. and rarely up to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 79% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - At least 1 year of customer or patient‑facing experience is helpful.
U.S. – MT – Billings: starting hourly wage $16.00, subject to state or local minimum wage requirements. U.S. employees may receive short‑term incentives and participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and wellness benefits. Eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
