We are currently seeking Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in Billings, MT. This role offers as‑needed opportunities with flexible scheduling and highly competitive pay. You will be dispatched to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for their employees.
Responsibilities- Travel to local companies to conduct health screenings, including venipuncture and fingerstick procedures.
- Use manual blood pressure cuff and other required equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient and sample documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to clients.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization, or
- Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed.
- Over 100 successful finger sticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months.
- Active state‑specific Phlebotomy certification for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, and LA.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with venipuncture and/or fingerstick.
- Ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff.
- Technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- English fluency required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Must have morning availability (Monday‑Friday) for event‑based employment. Flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, may be required, as well as occasional travel for training.
Benefits & CompensationCompetitive pay ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, adjusted for geographic location, role at the event, and other factors. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
