Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care within skilled nursing facilities, charting using Point Click Care or Net Health, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team. The facility operates with a positive culture, and the management is flexible and easy to work with, especially regarding scheduling. The orientation period lasts a few days to get you up to speed, with all additional details discussed during your interview.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year PTA experience
• Montana PTA license
• Proficiency in charting systems (Point Click Care / Net Health)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior SNF experience
• Experience working in diverse clinical settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified PTA with at least one year of relevant experience
• Prior skilled nursing facility experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Montana PTA license
• Flexible around start date (ASAP preferred but flexible)
• No on-call or float responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours and possibly weekends if needed
