We’re currently looking for a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (20‑30 hours/week) to join our warm, energetic team in our beautiful Billings West End clinic. This position can remain part‑time long‑term or grow into a full‑time role if that’s something you’d want down the road.
We’re especially excited to hear from candidates with experience or strong interest in APD, feeding, and/or AAC, but we also value curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
About UsWe are a collaborative outpatient practice offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, and audiology services to both children and adults (with a primarily pediatric caseload).

- 2 SLPs
- 1 OT
- 1 Biller
- 1 Patient Care Coordinator
- 1 Marketing Director
We also have clinics in Miles City and Glendive, supported by additional therapists, audiologists, and administrative staff.

In addition to working with an incredible team and wonderful patients, we offer:
- $39–$45/hour base pay, depending on experience
- Additional bonus pay for meeting weekly and monthly goals
- $750 sign‑on bonus
- Flexible scheduling (full‑day or part‑day options)
- Reasonable productivity expectations and the ability to leave work at work
- Annual raise (profit and performance dependent)
- Paid ASHA dues and Montana licensure fees
- Employer‑paid malpractice insurance
- $200 CE allowance, plus additional employer‑paid professional development
- CCC‑SLP required
- Must be eligible for and able to obtain a Montana SLP license
