What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a device specialist during surgical procedures, providing technical support and ensuring necessary equipment is available
  • Educate and manage patients throughout the clinical process, highlighting the benefits of Medtronic products
  • Provide clinical support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in various healthcare settings
  • Conduct training sessions and educational programs for healthcare professionals on products and therapies
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and manage inventory for case coverage effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear protective equipment for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
  • Clinical experience in a specialty area such as neurology, neurosurgery, or pain management
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment and basic reimbursement processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
