Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support in our assisted living and memory care community. Your care keeps daily life comfortable, safe, and dignified so residents and their families can focus on living well.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and purposeful engagement throughout the day.
• Support dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping tasks that promote a safe, clean environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition and document care according to policy.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipment.
• Partner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routines.

• Adaptable and comfortable pivoting as resident needs change.

• Willingness to learn about dementia and support residents living with cognitive change.

• Prior work or volunteer experience in assisted living, memory care, or caregiving.
• Hospitality, healthcare, or customer service roles.
• Multitasking positions where kindness and reliability mattered.
• Volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to obtain required state caregiving credentials, if applicable.
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday and transfer up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
