You will onboard new staff, troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure Entra, and O365, and lead regular training sessions to boost efficiency with HGI applications. You will document issues, maintain asset inventory, and collaborate with multiple teams while handling escalating requests and ensuring top-notch user support.
