• Create valuable content: Develop training materials, FAQs, workflows, guides, and digital resources that support customers and internal teams.
• Support team initiatives: Assist with product development projects, curriculum creation, digital content development, and other technology services initiatives.
• Help customers succeed: Assist with customer phone support and troubleshooting for construction technology products and solutions.
• Analyze and communicate information: Create reports, presentations, and other technical content related to support activity, product updates, and customer communications.
• Build technical knowledge: Gain exposure to industry‑leading technology products, workflows, and customer support processes while learning from experienced team members.
