Quality Assurance Manager

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who treats latency budgets like personal grudges and Jenkins like a second language. This position rewards Appium and Jenkins mastery with $96,000 - $137,000, team collaboration, and ownership of what you ship.

• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
• Pull Critical Thinking telemetry into dashboards Scale Tech leaders actually open
• Profile Postman memory use and chase down the leaks crashing Great Falls nodes
• Set the Postman coding standards the rest of Scale Tech engineering follows
• Negotiate Postman tradeoffs with product when Scale Tech timelines and reality collide
• Question the hardworking Appium pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis

• At least 8 years building expertise within the technology space
• Willingness to relocate to Great Falls, MT, or to make remote work
• Practical command of Xray, with bonus points for Critical Thinking
• Hands-on proficiency with Appium, ideally paired with Xray

Scale Tech exists to solve hard technology problems with a gloriously-unglamorous approach and a Great Falls, MT-rooted culture. We pair junior and senior folks on purpose so SQL knowledge stops hoarding in one head.

Expect a $96,000 - $137,000 base, a growth path with milestones, a mentor who shows up, and benefits that make staying at Scale Tech easy.
