Holland & Hart is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support commercial litigation and energy/environmental litigation matters in-person in its Billings office or remotely from Helena.
Position Requirements- 2-4 years of top‑tier law firm experience in complex litigation matters, including energy, environmental litigation, or property rights litigation matters.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills; energetic personality and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong academic background; practical law school experience (law review, law journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team), and/or judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
- Professional references required.
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit‑based; associates are evaluated on individual performance and contributions to the team’s efforts. Associates are eligible for a generous bonus program, fee splits, and 1800 billable hours per year.
- 75 hours of pro‑bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro‑bono legal work).
- At least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
Associates are encouraged to engage in firm activities, committees, and other community initiatives.
