Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI. It requires relocation to the area, and we provide financial relocation assistance. We recruit nationally and provide full relocation coverage.
You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications- COVID‑19 vaccination required
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
- Attention to detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
