Restaurant General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for leading and partnering with the operations leadership team and brand support team to drive performance in sales, execution, reporting, analysis, training, and continuous improvement.

• A leader dedicated to driving performance while mentoring and coaching the team.
• 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume restaurants with a background in P&L management, labor cost control, and managing multiple revenue centers.
• A champion of the culture and brand standards, comfortable with corporate initiatives.
• A role model who leads by example, leveraging systems, adhering to concept differentiators, and delivering perfect execution.
• A positive, problem-solving, and fun-loving attitude.

• Manage all facets of restaurant operations.
• Teach, coach, lead, and motivate the team while managing daily operations.
• Handle financial reporting, evaluation, and analysis.
• Serve as an ambassador for high-end guest experiences in an approachable environment.
• Oversee sourcing, training, and scheduling for optimal impact.
• Demonstrate high-level hospitality through actions, tone, and demeanor.
• Drive sales proactively and manage financials to ensure strong financial performance.
