Stage 3 Separation, LLC seeks a Solids Control Field Leader to act as the on-site expert, leading by example across rig operations and mentoring technicians. You will oversee and mentor a crew handling shaker tanks, centrifuges, drying equipment, and pumps, ensuring safe, efficient performance and adherence to HSE standards and company policies.
You will travel domestically to remote rig locations in the United States, supervising day and night shifts, and coordinating with Basin Area Managers
