Pipe Production Apprentice - Annular Operator

Shift: Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (OT as needed)

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00+ per hour DOE + Full Benefits Package

Location: Billings, MT

Summary of Responsibilities: Employee is responsible for various types of annular machine operation, including roller machines, spot welding equipment, rivet machines, and sheet slitting equipment to manufacture corrugated steel pipe to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

• Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily production reports.
• Poly recoating of poly coated products.
• Assist with all scheduled/unscheduled repairs.
• Must be able to operate annular area equipment with supervision.
• Quality Control (QC) inspections as trained by the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager or Quality Supervisor.
• Communicate non‑conformance and/or corrective action details to the QA Manager or Quality Supervisor directly or through immediate supervisor.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain and wind).
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime or weekends as needed.
• Prompt and dependable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.

• Blue print and drawing knowledge.
• Knowledge of power tools (drills, gas powered chop saws, etc.).
• Knowledge of measuring equipment.
