LPN/LVN, Rehabilitation – Lifepoint Health®

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse for Rehabilitation. $10,000 sign‑on bonus with 30‑month commitment.
Full‑time Day Shift 07:00–19:30.

Location: Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana, Billings, MT. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, dedicated to acute inpatient rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; delivers care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program.
• Current state license as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification.

• ACLS certification.
• IV Certified required or obtained within six (6) months.
• Six (6) months’ Medical/Surgical experience.
• Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience.
