Responsibilities:
Perform independent and delegated nursing/medical functions per state standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Collect and evaluate health data; provide health teaching and counseling Deliver supportive and restorative therapy/treatment directly or via delegation/supervision Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans Document care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines Utilize resources effectively Support and promote SCL Health’s mission, vision, and values Float to other departments within competency as needed Be available for on-call duties during scheduled shifts Perform additional duties as assigned
