American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PACU position requiring a MT or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.

• Work in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Uses Epic charting system
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

• Active MT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, not expiring prior to start
• ACLS, NRP, and/or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PACU specialty required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Date of birth and last four digits of SSN required for consideration

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including health teaching and counseling
• Provide therapy and treatment directly to patients or through consultation, delegation, and supervision of others
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this travel assignment
