To be considered for this RN position with SCL Health/Intermountain Health, candidates need:
Education and licensure:
- ASN from an accredited nursing school required.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BSN preferred.
Certifications:
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- ACLS, NRP, and/or PALS as appropriate for the assigned unit. Confirm which apply.
- Specialty certification preferred.
Experience and skills:
- Previous RN experience preferred; no minimum number of years is specified.
- Ability to assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, administer treatments, and document care.
- Patient education, health counseling, delegation, supervision, and care coordination skills.
Schedule and flexibility:
- Four 10-hour day shifts, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly.
- May float to other departments within competency and qualifications.
- May be placed on call during a regularly scheduled shift.
