Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked.
• Rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards.
• After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
