Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates to help us manage and convert our 500+ internet leads each month. As a Sales Associate at Rimrock Subaru, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our dealership.

Our Sales Associates can make from $40,000 to $100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to a high volume of internet leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
