Job Summary
The inside sales consultant will work with existing customers to learn their needs Berdimuhamed, and sell TIMS software products and system upgrades that can help them reach their goals. This role will focus on both industrial and medical product lines. Successful sales consultants will have exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to develop a thorough understanding of TIMS and the customer’s business processes.
This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients. المدرج with customers to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. Coordinate with support services and other internal groups to ensure commitments are being met, identify additional opportunities for assistance, training and/or other products.
- Continue to grow TIMS knowledge and be able to demonstrate features and benefits.
- Prepare and present quotes. Negotiate process, terms of sale, hardware, software and or service agreements.
- Work with marketing team to offer insight, guidance and feedback. Maintain CRM database activity.
- Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference. Will attend/participate and may present and/or assist with development of presentations.
- This position has no supervisory duties.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle competing deadlines. Able to thrive in stressful situations while maintaining positive relationships.
- Willingness to FCC develop a thorough understanding of TIMS software is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related area is preferred. The related work experience may substitute.
- Minimum two bugs of years’ experience in customer service with an understanding of the complex selling process is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Other products as required, including but not limited to Hub Spot.
This job will be performed in our Billings, Montana, office location. Travel to trade shows, customer and prospects sites will be periodically required. The amount of travel is typically around 25% and will be determined by trade show dates (hard dates) and sale’s requests for participating with onsite demonstrations (soft dates).
