We are looking for a qualified and experienced RV Service Technician to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on a variety of RV systems and components. This position requires advanced skills in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and coach body systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.

• Complete accurate diagnostics and document all repairs or replacements performed.

• Track all parts and materials used for each service job.

• Ensure that completed work meets quality standards and passes supervisor inspection.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Communicate clearly with customers and service team regarding issues and repair updates.

• Prior experience in RV repair or related trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or maintenance).

• Strong technical aptitude and diagnostic skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
