We are a fast-paced and highly responsive disaster restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery. Our mission is to help homes and businesses recover quickly, safely, and professionally in times of crisis. We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves emergency response, cleanup, demolition, and restoration work on residential and commercial properties.

- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitation
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and property cleanup
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Complete job documentation, including moisture readings and work logs
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Follow all safety and industry standards, including PPE use
- Assist with rebuilds and restoration projects as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions
- Comfortable working in water-damaged or smoke-damaged environments
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
- Ability to be on call for emergency situations (some weekends/evenings)
- Prior restoration or construction experience is a plus
- IICRC certification is a plus (not required – training available)
