• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and recommending the most efficient and innovative solution
• Meet with customers in businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that give them peace of mind about pest management
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that give them peace of mind about their pest management program
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company‑paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in businesses and/or homes

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. with ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may include an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different weather conditions
