To Succeed As a Case Manager, We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (an equivalent of at least 5 years in corrections, case management, or similar may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Ability to relate to residents in a firm, empathetic manner.
• Computer and word‑processing skills; demonstrated experience with documentation and record keeping.
• Valid state driver's license and the ability to pass federal drug screening requirements.
