Java Developer

Help Warner Bros engineer the next generation of our platform, one well-tested Java commit at a time. Put your 3 years of experience to work in a $66,000 - $100,000 role with ownership, mentorship, and room to grow.

• Watch Tailwind CSS error budgets and pump the brakes before Billings, MT burns through them
• Mentor the mid-level cohort through their first real Java on-call at Warner Bros
• Build the refreshingly-candid Spring Boot feature that wins back the MT accounts Warner Bros lost
• Ship incremental improvements to Warner Bros's Billings platform on a regular cadence
• Drive the Attention to Detail incident postmortem that stops the Billings outage from recurring

• The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later
• Familiarity with the Billings market and local technology landscape
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• Strong working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and Agile

Warner Bros is an innovative Billings, MT studio where Java gets treated with the seriousness most companies reserve for marketing. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship.

On top of $66,000 - $100,000, we cover your health premiums, fund your certifications, and pair you with a seasoned mentor.
