• A split shift with an early‑morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off, with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day; evenings and weekends are optional.
• Additional hours earned through trips and charters when available.

• Hourly wage of $27.50 – $30.00, depending on bus driver experience.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for non‑credentialed drivers; $1,500 for credentialed drivers.
• Paid CDL training and a $200 Commercial Learner's Permit bonus.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus a 401(k) retirement savings plan (benefits vary by location).

• No college degree or high school diploma required.
