Job Description:

X Technologies seeks an Instructional Systems Developer to support the 39th IOS with expertise in Instructional System Development (ISD) for AF courses from various bases including Hurlburt Field, FL, JB San Antonio, TX, or Keesler AFB, MS.

Responsibilities:

Support course planning, development, and review for accuracy and clarity, adhering to SOPs and directives.

Develop curriculum based on training requirements and audit all courseware.

Create and maintain training documentation and utilize models like ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy.

Perform task and needs analyses, collaborate with external and internal SMEs, and update training materials accordingly.

Operate LMS platforms such as Moodle and Question Mark for test administration and course management.

Conduct quality assurance audits, develop lesson plans, and update training materials.

Create e-learning products, virtual environments, and support records management.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in a relevant subject.
Minimum of 5 years experience in instructional systems development.
CCAF ISD Certification or equivalent; internships or experience may be considered.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally; current passport required.
Top Secret/SCI or Secret clearance.
